Community Life Pastor

The Community Life Pastor (CLP) focuses on equipping people to take a next step on their spiritual journey, we are a Family of Disciples on Mission.  This position provides strategic leadership for our full Fearless Network of Churches in the areas of discipleship, group engagement, missional initiatives, and care and support of the body.  Specific implementation oversight of activities at Ridge Point, aligning the Fearless Followers of Jesus in a common direction, consistent with the mission, vision and strategy of the ministry.

Lead Pastor/Fearless Family of Churches

The Lead Pastor serves within the Fearless Family of Churches as primarily a church planter and then Lead Pastor of a church that is part of the Fearless Churches.  This person provides spiritual leadership and vision to their congregation. The Lead Pastor works with church leaders to align strategies and ministries to accomplish the Fearless Church mission and vision. The Lead Pastor is responsible to the church to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to teach Biblical revelation, effectively communicate the church’s vision and fervently pray for the church and its mission.

Operations Ministry Assistant

An average of 32 hours, week day and weekend hours

To provide administrative support to the Operations Pastor in a manner that increases the Pastor’s ability to carry out their duties with excellence and efficiency.

Third Coast Family Life Coordinator

An average of 20 hours, week day and weekend hours

The Third Coast Family Life Coordinator (FLC) will empower families to be the primary spiritual influence in their homes. Coast Kids (75%): Coordinate volunteers and assign curriculum for weekend services. Support the ministry by completing administrative duties and coordinating logistical details for events and projects. Work with Network Staff to ensure safe and transformative environments on a weekly basis. Ignite (25%): Ensure the ultimate success of Ignite by overseeing volunteer leaders, providing relational and logistical support, and safeguarding alignment between Ignite and Network level Student Ministry Programing.
