Ridge Point, we had to take the opportunity to celebrate with you!
Last weekend we announced our Fill a Bag – Fill a Belly initiative, where we are partnering with Kids’ Food Basket. We challenged you to help us provide local kids with 6,000 meals during the month of March.
You have blown us away! From last weekend’s services alone, Ridge Point attenders took home enough boxes to feed 3,500 kids!!! We still have another 125 boxes of quart size bags left. If we’re able to give all of those away, that will be another 2,500 kids getting fed. So incredible!
We cannot thank you enough for jumping on board with us to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community! This is an example of what it looks like when God’s people come together to display Kingdom living, when they Fearlessly take action where there is a need. This is one way we can live out our faith and extend compassion and kindness to children of God needing physical nourishment.
So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
