Have you ever thought that being a Christian is about being a good person?
QUESTION 2 –
In your story, have you ever set a goal and, after you got started, realized the goal was unachievable? What are the areas that you have tried to change and it has not worked?
QUESTION 3 –
How have the moral rules of our culture moved away from God’s standards?
QUESTION 4 –
What do you tell yourself about how your actions and choices impact your value and identity? What would God say instead?
QUESTION 5 –
What area of your life is honestly beyond your own ability to change or control? How can you accept God’s grace instead of trying to be good enough by yourself?
QUESTION 6 –
Do you believe a person needs a power greater than themself to become who God has made them to be? How do you walk this out in everyday life?
