Third Coast Children’s Coordinator
The Third Coast Children’s Ministry Coordinator (CMC) is an important part of the Third Coast team. Children’s ministry covers birth thru 4th grade and is often the starting point of someone’s walk with Jesus. The Children’s Ministry Coordinator recruits and supports volunteers as they lead the children during weekend services and events. All of this takes an individual who loves Jesus, children, likes to have fun, has some administrative gifts and likes details.
Ridge Point Nursery Coordinator
Each week is an opportunity for our Children’s ministry team to partner with parents in the spiritual development of their children. The Nursery Coordinator (NC) is a part of the beginning of our youngest children’s journey in faith. The NC empowers volunteers to serve our families each Sunday, coordinates logistics, and participates in the overall vision of the Children’s Ministry team.
Student Ministry Coordinator
The Ridge Point Student Ministry Coordinator (SMC) is an important part of the Student Ministry team. Student ministry cares for grades 5 through 12. Student ministry disciples students who are just discovering who Jesus is and helps those who have been walking with Jesus to continue to grow. The Student Ministry Coordinator recruits and supports volunteers as they lead the students during regular weekly programming and events. All of this takes an individual who loves Jesus, students, likes to have fun, has some administrative gifts.
Student Ministry Administrative Assistant
The SM Administrative Assistant plays a vital role for the Student Ministry team. We can’t wait to meet the person who will help with all of the details! This role will primarily support the RP Student Ministry Pastor with all things student ministry including events.
Church Planter/Fearless Family of Churches
The Church Planter serves within the Fearless Family of Churches as primarily a church planter and then Lead Pastor of a church that is part of the Fearless Churches. This person provides spiritual leadership and vision to their congregation. The Church Planter works with church leaders to align strategies and ministries to accomplish the Fearless Church mission and vision. The Church Planter is responsible to the church to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to teach Biblical revelation, effectively communicate the church’s vision and fervently pray for the church and its mission.
Third Coast Worship Director
As a part of the Third Coast staff, the Worship Director (WD) plays an essential role in our community and mission. The WD is tasked with implementing the overall creative and artistic worship culture of the Fearless Churches uniquely at Third Coast Community Church. Through empowering volunteer teams, the WD creates an environment during our weekend services where our faith community can worship our great God.
