Cultivate Worship Director/Pastor

The Cultivate Worship Director (WD) is responsible for implementing the overall creative and artistic Fearless worship culture, at Cultivate Community Church. The WD will train and develop a system for worship leaders, vocal support, technical and band participants in collaboration with network level Worship Pastors and their teams. The Worship Director or Pastor will maintain the established network-wide worship standards and coach worship leaders at their network church to ensure a high level of excellence and authenticity. This is a full time, salaried position.

Cultivate Campus Volunteer Coordinator

The Cultivate Campus Volunteer Coordinator (CVC) provides effective rental, maintenance, grounds keeping, and housekeeping services to church facilities utilizing volunteer teams with good stewardship of time, resources, and money, allowing the church to fulfill its mission. This part time position will recruit, coordinate, schedule, work with, and oversee volunteers. A qualified individual must be able to perform daily housekeeping and cleaning when necessary. Custodial Cleaning Coordinator

The Ridge Point Custodial Cleaning Coordinator (CCC) leads and assists in maintaining a clean and hospitable environment inside and outside for guests and ministries of the Fearless Churches and surrounding communities. This Part Time position, averaging 30 hours a week, gets hands on training to lead in set ups, tear downs, maintenance as needed, maintaining custodial supplies, cleaning protocol and scheduling. The qualified individual has basic computer knowledge and the physical ability to clean for several hours as well as lift 50 pounds without assistance. 

Fearless Leadership Resident

The Fearless Leadership Residency is designed to bridge Ministry Leaders from their education or previous career into a fulltime ministry job. Our Pastors and Ministry Directors are excited to help you gain the skills, experience and connections you need to bring the holistic restoration of Jesus into our world through your career in local church ministry or non-profit leadership.
