In this series, will focus on the different personal perspectives of those involved in the Christmas story and examine the impact of what Christmas meant to them.
QUESTION 1 –
Have you ever had an “I didn’t see that coming…” moment? What was that experience like for you?
QUESTION 2 –
One of the dominant themes in this story is how God wants to break through the expectations we have of Him so He can show us who He really is. Has God ever challenged an expectation you had about who he is?
QUESTION 3 –
The Magi brought gifts that did not line up with traditional Jewish offering. They found Jesus in a place they did not expect. Can you think of a time when people in your life were not who you expected them to be? How did you respond in this situation?

Think about a new discovery you have had this year about God. What would it be like to share this testimony with people in your life?
